This notice explains which personal data nirsivan.com collects, why, and what rights you have, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”) and Italian data protection law. Last updated: 28 September 2026.

2. WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY
Contact form. When you write to us through the form, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and your message. We use them only to answer you and to follow up on your request. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive (GDPR art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f). Giving your details is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply.
Email. If you write to [email protected], we use your address and your message in the same way.
Visiting the site. Like every web server, the server that hosts this site records technical data about each visit (IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time) in its logs. These are used only to keep the site secure and working, on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f).
3. COOKIES
This site does not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, and it does not track your visits. It keeps only small technical records in your browser: the language you choose (in a small cookie or in your browser’s storage) and settings the pages need to display correctly. Our network provider, Cloudflare, may also set a security cookie that tells visitors apart from automated traffic. These are strictly necessary for the service you ask for, so no consent banner is required. If we ever add statistics or marketing tools, we will update this notice and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
4. WHO ELSE HANDLES THE DATA
We use a few service providers, who handle data only on our instructions:
- Aruba S.p.A. (Italy): hosting of the website and of our email.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.): network and security service. Every visit to the website passes through its servers, which protect the site and make it load faster; for this, Cloudflare processes your IP address and the technical data of the request. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd and Google LLC): backup copies of the website, which include the messages sent through the form, are stored on Google Drive.
- Google Translate: when you choose a language other than English, or when the site follows the language of your browser, the text of the page and your IP address are sent to Google to translate it.
- YouTube (Google): some videos play from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); nothing is loaded from YouTube until you open a video.
- Instagram (Meta): the Instagram section shows copies of our posts stored on this website; Instagram receives data only if you click through to it, and then its own privacy policy applies.
Google may process data in the United States. Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses also apply.
We do not sell or rent your data, we do not use it for marketing and we do not build profiles.
5. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Messages are kept for as long as needed to answer you and to handle any follow-up or professional relationship that results; after that they are deleted. If a contract follows, the related records are kept for the period required by Italian tax and civil law. The hosting provider keeps server logs for a limited period, for security.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask at any time to access your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format (GDPR articles 15–21). Write to [email protected]; we will answer within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of the EU country where you live.
No decisions about you are made automatically.

2. QUALI DATI RACCOGLIAMO E PERCHÉ
Modulo di contatto. Quando ci scrivi tramite il modulo riceviamo il tuo nome, il tuo indirizzo email, il tuo numero di telefono se decidi di indicarlo e il tuo messaggio. Li usiamo solo per risponderti e per dare seguito alla tua richiesta. La base giuridica è l’esecuzione di misure precontrattuali adottate su tua richiesta e il nostro legittimo interesse a rispondere ai messaggi che riceviamo (art. 6.1.b e 6.1.f GDPR). Il conferimento dei dati è facoltativo, ma senza un indirizzo email non possiamo risponderti.
Email. Se scrivi a [email protected], usiamo il tuo indirizzo e il tuo messaggio nello stesso modo.
Navigazione. Come ogni server web, il server che ospita il sito registra nei propri log alcuni dati tecnici di ogni visita (indirizzo IP, tipo di browser, pagina richiesta, data e ora). Sono usati solo per la sicurezza e il funzionamento del sito, sulla base del legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
3. COOKIE
Il sito non usa cookie analitici, pubblicitari o di profilazione e non traccia le tue visite. Conserva nel tuo browser solo piccole informazioni tecniche: la lingua che scegli (in un piccolo cookie o nella memoria del browser) e le impostazioni necessarie alla corretta visualizzazione delle pagine. Il nostro fornitore di rete, Cloudflare, può inoltre impostare un cookie di sicurezza che distingue i visitatori dal traffico automatizzato. Sono strettamente necessarie al servizio che richiedi, quindi non serve un banner di consenso. Se in futuro aggiungeremo strumenti statistici o di marketing, aggiorneremo questa informativa e, dove la legge lo richiede, chiederemo prima il tuo consenso.
4. CHI ALTRO TRATTA I DATI
Ci avvaliamo di alcuni fornitori, che trattano i dati solo secondo le nostre istruzioni:
- Aruba S.p.A. (Italia): hosting del sito e della nostra posta elettronica.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.): servizio di rete e sicurezza. Ogni visita al sito passa dai suoi server, che proteggono il sito e ne velocizzano il caricamento; a questo scopo Cloudflare tratta il tuo indirizzo IP e i dati tecnici della richiesta. Cloudflare aderisce all’EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd e Google LLC): le copie di backup del sito, che comprendono i messaggi inviati tramite il modulo, sono conservate su Google Drive.
- Google Traduttore: quando scegli una lingua diversa dall’inglese, o quando il sito segue la lingua del tuo browser, il testo della pagina e il tuo indirizzo IP vengono inviati a Google per la traduzione.
- YouTube (Google): alcuni video vengono riprodotti da YouTube in modalità di privacy avanzata (youtube-nocookie.com); nulla viene caricato da YouTube finché non apri un video.
- Instagram (Meta): la sezione Instagram mostra copie dei nostri post conservate su questo sito; Instagram riceve dati solo se clicchi per andare su Instagram, dove si applica la sua informativa.
Google può trattare dati negli Stati Uniti. Google aderisce all’EU–US Data Privacy Framework e si applicano inoltre le clausole contrattuali standard della Commissione europea.
Non vendiamo né cediamo i tuoi dati, non li usiamo per finalità di marketing e non creiamo profili.
5. PER QUANTO TEMPO LI CONSERVIAMO
I messaggi sono conservati per il tempo necessario a risponderti e a gestire l’eventuale seguito o rapporto professionale che ne deriva; poi vengono cancellati. Se ne nasce un contratto, la relativa documentazione è conservata per il periodo previsto dalle norme fiscali e civilistiche italiane. Il fornitore di hosting conserva i log del server per un periodo limitato, per motivi di sicurezza.
6. I TUOI DIRITTI
Puoi chiedere in qualsiasi momento di accedere ai tuoi dati, di rettificarli o cancellarli, di limitarne il trattamento o di opporti, oppure di riceverli in un formato portabile (artt. 15–21 GDPR). Scrivi a [email protected]; risponderemo entro un mese.
Hai inoltre il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) o all’autorità del Paese UE in cui vivi.
