Project descriprion:
Bory Mall is part of a larger urban development by Penta Investments, conceived to create a vibrant social hub and meeting point within the growing district. The design connects seamlessly to the surrounding longitudinal roads, leading to its striking artistic façade and fluid, organic interior circulation. At the heart of the composition stands a sculptural roof element — “The Tree,” or as architect how signed the project Massimiliano Fuksas named it, “The Tornado.” This dynamic form twists from top to bottom, shaping terraces of greenery and offering a unique visual and spatial experience both inside and out.Every aspect of the shopping center, from its grand architectural components to the finest interior details, was carefully designed to merge functionality, aesthetic innovation, and a sense of place — transforming Bory Mall into a landmark of contemporary urban life.
